It only seems fitting to begin this blog by reinforcing and reminding you that the One and only Triune God not only Loves us, but God actually likes us! He not only loves YOU but likes YOU! You may be saying, “Where is that in the bible?!” Well, in Col 1:19, of course!! 
This verse says, “19For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell”
This verse is letting us know, especially in the Greek, that in Jesus, the entire Godhead is dwelling permanently with us as a human being in Jesus! The word “dwell” in Greek is the word katoikeo and it means “to house permanently”.
Can’t you see it now???? Because we are not only created by Jesus, but sustained by Jesus, then whatever happens to Him necessarily, and mysteriously, happens to everything he created – including you! Paul put it this way, “for the love of Christ urges us on because, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died.”
When Jesus lived – you lived! When he died – you died! When he rose and ascended as a glorified human being to His Father in the Communion of the Spirit, you rose and ascended with Him!!! This PROVES beyond a shadow of a doubt that God not only loves you but likes you very much!! Have you ever said, “I love em’, but I sure don’t like em!” What you meant was, “They may be my relative and friend, and in the end I might have to admit to it, but I don’t ever have to be around em’ much!” Well God, in Christ, has said, “I not only love em’, BUT, they are all going to be permanently hooked up and bound up with me forever because I won’t be God without a single one of em’. Jesus, make it so!!!”
And so Jesus did make it so, 2000 years ago!! Ephesians 1:3-6!!
